Merced Systems Solution Now Rated “Avaya Compliant”

The Merced Performance Suite Platform is compatible with key Avaya Call Management System solution, helping businesses become better-aligned, higher-performing, and more customer-focused Redwood Shores, CA (News - Alert), November 23rd, 2009 Merced Systems, the leader in Sales and Service Performance Management software solutions, today announced that Merced Performance Suite is compliant with key Call Management System R14 solutions from Avaya (News - Alert), a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.

Merced Performance Suite helps customer-facing organizations, such as contact centers, field sales, retail sales, partner operations, back office functions, and field service groups align front-line employee performance with strategic operational objectives through coaching and other performance-related workflow, incentive compensation management, and reporting and analytics. The application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya CMS.
