Fios Appoints New Senior VP of Sales and Expands Presence in Northeastern U.S. to Address E-Discovery Market Needs

PORTLAND, Ore. --(Business Wire)-- Fios Inc., a Socha-Gelbmann top 5 provider of electronic discovery services, announced today that Brad Gragert has been promoted to senior vice president of sales. A long-time Fios veteran, Gragert is leading a targeted push by Fios to further expand its presence in the U.S. and address the growing needs of the e-discovery market, particularly on the east coast. This expansion began with the addition of three new sales managers in New York, Chicago and Washington, D.C.

The seasoned sales veterans that have joined Fios include: New York - Matthew Crystal is an entrepreneurial sales strategist with an eight-year record serving the legal services market. He spent the last four years as a senior account manager with Pitney Bowes, specifically focusing on the company's off-site outsourcing services sold to AmLaw 200 and Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, he served as a senior account executive at the litigation support provider, SuperiorGlacier, selling the company's outsourced document management solutions.

Washington, D.C. - Chris Anderson is an executive-level sales and management professional with 18 years of diverse experience selling both products and services in competitive markets. He most recently served as an electronic discovery specialist with Stratify, a division of Iron Mountain (News - Alert), where he worked with law firms, government agencies and corporations to define solutions for managing multimillion-dollar investigations and litigation actions. Anderson has also held consulting and sales positions with prominent companies, such as Aptara, IKON Office Solutions, iLumin Software Services, CaseCentral, and RLS Legal Solutions.

Chicago - Greg Smith joins Fios after serving as regional director at First Advantage Litigation Consulting, where he managed sales and client development targeted to AmLaw 200 law firms and corporate legal departments in the Midwest territory. Smith developed his roots in the legal market working for IKON Document Services, where he spent 15 years selling and supporting document management, e-discovery and litigation support services. Working his way up to area manager for the Midwest, he was responsible for the procurement of national account contracts from target corporate and law firm clients. Smith has also represented Encore Discovery Solutions and Whitmont Legal Technologies (acquired by Aptara).

"Fios is continually augmenting its services, introducing new products and adding personnel to meet market demand," said Gragert. "I'm extremely pleased to be leading this charge and to be working with these extremely experienced sales professionals. Their knowledge of the e-discovery market and our clients' requirements will be invaluable as Fios continues to expand the services and technologies available for addressing e-discovery challenges, both large and small." Gragert has spent nearly 30 years in senior leadership positions in the high technology and IT services industries, with the past six focused on helping Fios build and grow its channel, operational and sales programs. Before joining Fios, he held leadership positions with prominent technology and service companies, such as Covansys, ABC Technologies (now SAS (News - Alert)), Sequent Computer Systems (now IBM), Daisy Systems and Tektronix. Gragert is focused on helping clients leverage Fios' software-as-a-service (SaaS) technologies and professional services to achieve successful results in their e-discovery engagements. He holds an MBA from the University of Portland and a BA in international studies from Portland State University.
