ANDERSON TAYLOR LAUNCHES MOBILE VOIP PLATFORM

Anderson Taylor’s Mobile VoIP Platform will integrate with existing Unified Communication solutions, enabling complete workforce mobility ATLANTA Anderson Taylor, an innovative provider of mobile applications, has announced the immediate availability of its Mobile VoIP Platform, which will enable private Mobile VoIP services for enterprises. The Mobile VoIP Platform includes a mobile application client that supports global mobile VoIP, Unified Communication features and custom integration for existing workforce management systems.

“This innovative platform will empower businesses by enabling complete, worldwide mobility of their sales force,” said Bryan Taylor, Anderson Taylor’s CEO. “Anderson Taylor’s Mobile VoIP Platform is the missing puzzle piece of Unified Communications (News - Alert), allowing companies to expand their own privatized enterprise voice network beyond the confines of their corporate campus to anywhere their employees travel to conduct business. By providing their workforce with mobile access to the essential applications they need to complete their jobs, business will increase their productivity in a controlled, secure environment, while decreasing the cost of their mobile service.” Anderson Taylor’s Mobile VoIP Platform uses innovative technology that enables corporations to use SIP-based voice, video, IM presence, push-to-talk and payment services over a private, dedicated mobile wireless network. Each company can customize the applications that will be loaded onto their smartphones, including both licensed and proprietary ERP, CRM and time management systems. The smartphones will also include common desk phone features such as unified voicemail, conferencing and call transfer.

Bryan Neal, Director of Business Development at VanRan Communications, a full-service, converged voice and data telecommunications company specializing in voice, data, IP, network services and wiring, said: “Anderson Taylor’s unique economic value to complex deployment of enhanced voice, data and video mobility through device neutrality, makes their company an ideal strategic partner to extending our SIP/IMS innovation to the multi-vendor/multi-device geographically dispersed enterprise.” “With businesses becoming more reliant on a variety of communication mediums, beyond traditional voice, we believe our Mobile VoIP Platform will help take businesses to a whole new level by fortifying their internal and external communications capabilities,” said Taylor. “By utilizing this platform, companies will not only become more efficient, but more effective as well.” The Mobile VoIP Platform is currently available for Windows Mobile and BlackBerry (News - Alert), with other platforms in final stages of development.
