Dutch MSO Ziggo Places Large Initial DOCSIS 3.0 CPE Order With ARRIS

SUWANEE, Ga., Jan. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ARRIS today announced that Ziggo, B.V., a major cable MSO in the Netherlands comprised of the former operators @HOME, Casema and Multikabel, has placed a large initial order for the ARRIS Touchstone TM702 series of DOCSIS 3.0-certified E-MTAs. Ziggo will use the in-home devices to market much faster Internet speeds along with carrier-grade Voice over IP service to the top tier of its more than three million residential and business customers.
