Hypertherm, Inc. Selects ARI's PartSmart Web™

MILWAUKEE --(Business Wire)--

ARI (OTCBB:ARIS), a leading provider of technology-enabled business solutions for equipment dealers, distributors and manufacturers, today announced that Hypertherm, Inc. of Hanover, NH has selected PartSmart Web™, ARI's web-based electronic parts catalog for use by their dealers, manufacturers and distributors worldwide and by their internal support team. Hypertherm is a leading manufacturer of plasma cutting equipment.

Under the agreement, ARI will develop and host PartSmart Web and provide ongoing catalog updates for Hypertherm's handheld and mechanized plasma cutters and consumables. Using PartSmart Web, Hypertherm's authorized dealers, manufacturers and internal support team will have on-demand access to the parts and pricing catalogs as well as support literature. ARI and Hypertherm are currently working to complete the initial data conversion and deployment of PartSmart Web.

"Our goal was to provide our dealers, manufacturers and distributors with a more efficient means of looking up parts and pricing information," said Clayton Gould, product marketing manager - service parts for Hypertherm, Inc. "To accomplish that, we recognized that we needed to find a partner who would help us move from paper to electronic parts catalogs. After reviewing a number of vendors, we selected ARI for two primary reasons. First, ARI is a proven partner, with more than 25 years experience of providing data conversion and electronic parts catalogs as well as outstanding customer support. Secondly, we are confident that ARI's complete suite of products and services will continue to meet our needs as our business requirements change in the future," added Gould. According to Gould, during Phase 1 Hypertherm will deploy PartSmart Web for use by its internal staff and deploy to their dealers, manufacturers and distributors during Phase 2, which is scheduled for Spring 2009.

"Hypertherm joins the growing number of manufacturers, including Arctic Cat, Ariens, Briggs & Stratton and Bombardier who are using PartSmart Web to provide their dealers and business partners with access to the most up-to-date parts, pricing and support information available," said Roy W. Olivier, president and chief executive officer of ARI. "We welcome the opportunity to work with Hypertherm and are committed to meeting their current and future needs. We are confident that PartSmart Web will enable Hypertherm's network of dealers, manufacturers and distributors to easily and efficiently look up the parts and service information they need to better serve their customers," added Olivier.
