Bell Buckle Signs Deal to Buy New Facility; Doubles Output

(Market Wire Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) FARMINGTON, TN, January 23 / MARKET WIRE/ --

Bell Buckle Holdings (PINKSHEETS: BLLB)
announced today it has exercised its option to buy both a
15,000-square-foot manufacturing facility and the surrounding land in order
to enhance production and efficiency and to enable them to continue their
record growth. The announcement comes on the heels of several massive
orders by retail giants Wal-Mart, TJ Maxx and Marshalls and clears the way
for Bell Buckle to continue to grow their business. The company was at or
near 100% capacity in their current facility.

"This is the logical next step in our development in light of the new
distribution opportunities and the rapid growth we are seeing at this
time," says CEO Bradford Simmons. "We now can concern ourselves with
continuing to build distribution and get our award winning products in the
hands of consumers, without worrying about not being able to satisfy
demand. This new facility gives us the green light to continue our
record-breaking growth, while increasing our efficiencies."
