Dale Quayle Joins Integrien as EVP, Sales and Field Operations

Integrien Corp., an intelligent systems management company, announced
the appointment of Dale Quayle to executive vice president, sales and
field operations.

Quayle is a seasoned sales executive with more than 25 years experience
in driving strategic direction and sales growth for a variety of
enterprise software companies, including Hewlett-Packard (HP). In his
new role, Quayle will work with Integrien's sales and field operations
team to drive further momentum and customer traction for Integrien's
flagship software solution, Alive , which helps enterprises combat some
of the most severe pain points for IT operations staff. Quayle will
also work to build on Integrien's impressive 360 percent revenue
increase in the first half of 2007.

Prior to joining Integrien, Quayle was the senior vice president of
Jonathan Engineered Solutions (JES) where he was responsible for the
company's overall strategic direction and execution, resulting in
revenue growth from $37.1 million to $45.2 million in just one year.
Quayle also designed a transition strategy leading to the successful
sale of the company. Previously, Quayle served as vice president for
the office of acquisitions at HP where he managed a team of more than
fifty people responsible for the acquisition of five software companies
and leveraged the HP network to grow revenue 15 percent. Quayle also
served as vice president of global enterprise software at HP and was
responsible for revenues in excess of $350M. In addition, Quayle's
background includes serving as senior vice president of field sales and
operations at Trinagy Corp. and vice president of world wide sales and
marketing at Artios Corp.
