Iowa City, IA based investment firm MBM Developments acquires Cedar Rapids, IA based direct database marketing firm MidAmerica Lists

Iowa City, IA (TMCnet) October 15, 2007 -- MBM Developments (MBM) announced today the acquisition of MidAmerica Lists (MAL) assets. MBM is a holding and investment firm whose sister company, TMone, has interest in MAL markets with its respective TMone Database Marketing Division and Discount Lists brand. MAL is a widely recognized provider of database marketing services headquartered in Cedar Rapids, IA. MAL has been operating for 16 years doing business from coast to coast and providing marketing services to a wide range of clientele spanning from Fortune 500 to small and medium sized business. MAL's clients include Sprint (News - Alert), Airborne Express, Beltone, Time, Qwest, AOL, University of Iowa Credit Union, Capital One, Kirkwood Community College and American Express.

MAL's President, Bob Campbell, will remain with MAL as Vice President of Sales. The immediate result is further reaching data with significant cost reductions for MAL's loyal clientele.
